1.3M Store Associates and Leaders across 4,700 stores.
● Innovated, developed and scoped the following flagship capabilities from 0 to 1:
o Intelligent Assignment Engine (ML/AI-driven task distribution) to guide Store Leaders and Store Associates through their day to day work
o Smart Assignments - Smartly assign the work to the people through automation leading to a reduce in planning time to under 30 mins
o Fast Pass unified access to multiple store-management apps within Sidekick with over M in savings by increasing usage of SideKick and decreasing usage of the integrated apps by 20%
● Directed a globally distributed, matrixed team of PMs, Data scientists, Data engineers, Software Engineers and UX designers in the U.S. and India
● Forged strategic partnerships with emerging-tech teams (Bluetooth Low Energy tags, DSL integrations) to align roadmaps with broader business goals
● Led qualitative research—30+ in-store interviews with Store Associates and Store Leaders—to validate pain points and inform feature prioritization
● Drove data-informed decision-making by performing ad-hoc analyses in BigQuery (SQL), surfacing insights for the Associate Experience team to understand Inventory flow from backroom to salesfloor
● Built dashboards using Google Data Studio
